i beat that game like 100000000000000000000 times. ok, this is what you have to do. in your items, put a rare candy the 6th spot down. so go to a rare candy and press select and then move it to the 6th spot(press select again). ok, and then go to the 2nd city(the one before brocks) where the last gym is(giovanni is the gym leader). go to the old guy who tells you how to catch pokemon.
watch his demenstration(he catches a weedle). then fly to the island where a gym is.
go to the right, and along the edge of the water surf on your pokemon and go up and down the edge of the water along the land.
go on the bottom, just go up and down along the edge.
if there is a mississingo, try to run away, its hard to kill it, and DO NOT catch it because it screws up your game.
level is probably 138 or something crazy like that.then when you get away from it, go on land and look at your rare candies and it should have a retarted thing next to it.
keep using your rare candies to make your pokemon 100.
when the retarted thing is gone from the rare candies, do it again.
sure you go back to the old guy.
this works with potions and poke balls and stuff.
SURE IT IS IN THE 6th SPOT!Good luck,(you do not need action replay or gameshark, but if you want a mew you need gameshark. my friend let me borrow his gameshark, then i caught a mew, and saved it and gave him the gameshark back..)
