is it possible for me to transfer my Pokemon from my gba saphire to my ds diamond or pearl ?
it'd be realy nice cuz i worked hard on saphire and now i got ds so..

Yes There is.
the pearl/diamond slot inside your ds and your sapphire inside and when you have done that go to the start and where it says start game and options etc it should come up with a bar called “Migrate” click that and choose ur pokemon and then they will be in the wild sorta like safari zone and u have to catch them thanks.
