Does anyone like these things anymore?
I`m 16 and I feel like I haven`t completely grown out of my childhood interests.
of all, does this happen to other people? The things I am still interested in are movies like Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, Honey I Shrunk.series, Goonies, Sandlot, Sonic the Hedgehog, and things like dinosaurs, Pokemon and Yugioh cards, pound puppies, scientific kiddish inventions like the spy sets.oldies and 80s rock is the only music I listen to. I don`t know why I`m drawn to all of these things but I always have been.
anyone else like these things? I am actually really embarrased that I like all of this, considering everyone is caught up in IMing, cell phones, totally different movies and music, sex(which is one of the “deeper” things). I feel so alien and left out.
do these interests say about my personality? I am not interested in the modern trends of our society, esp.
teenagers. Am I alone in this world?
Don't think your the only one! I'm with ya. I refuse to buy into all these new technological advancements. I'd prefer a hand written letter as opposed to an email or text! Oh god, Texting is the stupidest thing ever to me.
I love all those old school things you mentioned.

u can do is turn ur radio to 91.5 fm they have the coolest songs ever they have 80s songs too evry 12pm and the 5 oclock free for all .u dont have to be with the other teenager stuff sometimes it takes time to change.ur not an alien.the teenagers u mentioned r perverts!

say the ramones they say what? And the only person who would catch an indie flick with you would be your siblings or parents. It's hard finding people with the same interests as you. At least for me it is.

I personally dont favor much of those but i have a few friends that are girls and play pokemon exc.
