European Arceus help?

For Pokemon Diamond and pearl, The azure flute is needed to obtain him, I must get that from a special nintendo event, does anyone know, how will it be done for europe? Is it over wi-fi, in a toy store, or is there even a way for europeans to get it at all?

    sorry but most are hosted in USA so you would have to go to gts and trade.. (if it happens in London it will be in toys r us) u can check tho at www.pokemon.com
