I downloaded a save file for my Pokemon Emerald rom, but i can't load the save. It is in ''.sps'' format.
anyone help me? By the way, Im using VisualBoy Advance 1.8.0.

as some people know a first evolution pokemon learns all the moves quicker than the second/third so how many times can i stop for say my shinx from evolving can i stop it from lvl 14 to 41 or will it lose the will to evolve after x amount of times?
