Shiny Plusle, Shiny Minun, Alolan Geodude and Alolan Diglett will be available for the first time globally in Pokémon GO from the date of Pokémon GO Fest 2018 on July 14

Pokémon GO Fest 2018 on July 14 and 15 is the second major event in Professor Willow’s Research Challenge. Trainers without a ticket to the event won’t be able to see any Pokémon or PokéStops in Lincoln Park, but Trapinch, Feebas, and other Pokémon featured in the habitats of Pokémon GO Fest will appear more frequently all over the world during that weekend. The Cheering Pokémon, Plusle and Minun, will also appear more frequently worldwide as Trainers complete themed Field Research tasks. Catching Plusle and Minun will result in bonus Stardust, and lucky Trainers might even discover their Shiny versions! The Alolan forms of Diglett and Geodude will be in on the fun, too. Beginning that weekend Alolan Diglett and Alolan Geodude will be appearing globally for the first time in Pokémon GO. Don’t miss the chance to encounter the unique forms of these Pokémon. Meanwhile, Shiny Roselia will be available for the first time in Pokémon GO from June 30.
