Pokémon HOME is a special app that enables Trainers to continue their Pokémon adventures beyond a single game system and manage their collection of Pokémon across many of their games. Pokémon HOME is available now on Nintendo Switch, iPhone and iPad (App Store), and Android (Google Play) devices.
Complete Pokédexes to Earn Shiny Keldeo and Shiny Meltan in Pokémon HOME
Shiny Keldeo, Shiny Meltan, and other rare Shiny Pokémon can be yours by completing Pokédexes in Pokémon HOME.
The recent version 3.2.2 update for Pokémon HOME added the ability to earn special Pokémon via Mystery Gift by completing specific game Pokédexes. Two new rewards are now available in Pokémon HOME for diligent Trainers who have made it their mission to collect every Pokémon within a region. Now, if you have completed your Galar Pokédex, Isle of Armor Pokédex, and Crown Tundra Pokédex (from Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield), you will receive a Shiny Keldeo. If you’ve completed your Kanto Pokédex (from Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!), you will receive a Shiny Meltan.
Pokémon HOME Pokédex Completion Mystery Gift Rewards
Shiny Keldeo and Shiny Meltan round out an exciting batch of special Shiny Pokémon that you can earn by completing your Pokédexes in Pokémon HOME. See below for the full list—and don’t forget that in addition to catching the necessary Pokémon yourself, you can also trade with Trainers across the world!
- Complete your Paldea, Kitakami, and Blueberry Pokédexes (from Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet) to receive Shiny Meloetta.
- Complete your Hisui Pokédex (from Pokémon Legends: Arceus) to receive Shiny Enamorus.
- Complete your Sinnoh Pokédex (from Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl) to receive Shiny Manaphy.
- Complete your Galar, Isle of Armor, and Crown Tundra Pokédexes (from Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield) to receive Shiny Keldeo.
- Complete your Kanto Pokédex (from Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!) to receive Shiny Meltan.
To receive these Pokémon, you must complete the corresponding Pokédexes in Pokémon HOME, then confirm your completion in the Games tab. If you’ve already completed these Pokédexes, you’re still eligible to receive the Pokémon. Be aware that to receive Mystery Gifts, you must have a linked Nintendo Account, and each Mystery Gift can only be received once per Nintendo Account.

I love being able to browse my stored Pokémon on my phone, but I have to deduct two major points from my rating. First, the mobile app lacks the smooth box navigation of the Switch version and doesn’t allow moving Pokémon between boxes. Second, the Pokémon textures are disappointingly low-quality, making it seem like the app was rushed, leaving the art team without enough time to refine the 3D models. That said, the 2D artwork looks great! I also play other mmorpgs like PoE 2, WoW Classic.
