There’s a brand-new feature at the Pokemon Global Link (PGL) that lets players download rule sets, allowing you to practice with the 2017 Pokémon Video Game Championships (VGC) rules. To download the rules and start battling and training with your friends in Pokemon Sun and Moon, visit the Festival Plaza in either game.
