A special promotion featuring Snorlax has been announced for Pokémon GO in Japan. Between March 4 and March 13, players will be able to come across the Sleeping Pokémon more than usual in the Kumamoto and Oita prefectures of Japan. A similar promotion has yet to be announced for other territories, but stay tuned for any updates.
