Until March 6, Pokémon GO players can find and catch special Pikachu wearing festive party hats. These special Pikachu will keep their party hats forever, even after undergoing an evolution. Raichu will have a party hat if evolved from a festive Pikachu, which means that either Pokémon will keep the hat permanently. But they can only be found during this limited-time celebration, so be sure to keep an eye out for them as you explore.
