Pikachu Outbreak 2017 event in Yokohama detailed for Pokémon GO

Official details have been revealed regarding Pokémon GO‘s highly-anticipated Pikachu Outbreak 2017 event in Yokohama, Japan:

More than 1,500 Pikachu of Pokémon fame will be popping up all over Yokohama for the various shows and parades during a whole week in August! This year, the other characters of Pokémon will be joining the events as well. Not to mention, the largest ever “Pikachu Carnival Parade” is scheduled on August 14 at Nihon Odori Avenue. The dancers and performers will be parading with over 100 Pikachu in a latine beat! Pikachu will be jacking the whole city on land, sea and sky! Yokohama will be turned into a grand photogenic city this summer!

Date: Aug. 14th(Mon.) 2017
Venue: Nihon Odori Avenue (Nihon Odori Station, 5 min. walk from Kannai Station)

Over 1,500 Pikachus dance and march in Minato Mirai area! Pikachus suddenly appear and dance around Queens Square, Landmark Plaza, Nippon Maru, Redbrick Warehouse and more! “Dripping Wet Splash Show” at Yokohama Redbrick Warehouse is also scheduled.
