Ash Returns to Where It All Started. What happens when the Alola region meets the Kanto region? Tune in to Pokémon TV to find out! On March 2, get ready for a dose of nostalgia! In an upcoming pair of Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon episodes on Pokémon TV, Ash, Pikachu, and their friends at the Pokémon School in Alola gear up for a field trip. Their destination? Ash’s home region of Kanto! It’s a welcome blast from the past as Ash reunites with Professor Oak, his mother, and some of his past Pokémon friends. His old traveling companions, Misty and Brock, show up as special guests. Of course, Team Rocket is there to cause trouble for the Twerps, too.
Kiawe, Lillie, and the others have never been to Kanto before, so it’s fun to see their reactions as they encounter Pokémon that may be familiar to you but are new to them! Can a Marowak from Kanto become friends with an Alolan Marowak? Just how short will Exeggutor feel next to its Alolan counterpart? The answers to these questions and more will be revealed when “Alola, Kanto!” debuts on Pokémon TV on March 2. The follow-up episode “When Regions Collide!” arrives on March 9.
