Back when Pokémon Red and Blue first came out, there was a rumor surrounding the Mythical Pokémon Mew. As kids back then believed, you could find the rare Pokémon under a truck near the S.S. Anne. The rumor, though pervasive, proved to be a fabrication. But now, 22 years later, Pokémon fans are technically making the myth true via Pokémon GO:
