Details and official artwork unveiled for the Qualifiers Battle Competition toward 2018 Pokémon Japan Championships

The Pokémon Company has officially announced the next Qualifiers Battle Competition for the 2018 Pokémon Japan Championships. Set to take place between May 11 and May 14, the upcoming Battle Competition consists of the Double Battle format with all Pokémon set to level 50 in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Fans in Japan can now sign up to participate, with registration scheduled to close on May 11. All participants will receive 50 Battle Points, regardless of their standing. Meanwhile, top players will be invited to the Japan Championships on June 9 and 10 in Chiba, Japan, where they’ll be able to compete for a spot in the 2018 Pokémon World Championships later this year in Nashville, Tennesse.
