As part of the Nintendo Switch online service, cloud saves will allow users to back up their save data. However, it has come to light that not all games will support cloud saves, and that appears to be the case for Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee, as well as other titles such as Splatoon 2 and a few third-party games. No reason has yet been said to tell us why this is the case. However, we could find out more information in the upcoming Nintendo Direct.
