2019 Pokémon Oceania International Championships take place from February 15 to 17 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Australia

The Pokémon Company has announced that the 2019 Pokémon Oceania International Championships will take place from February 15 to February 17, 2019, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, Australia. This event is the only International Championship that will use the Moon Series set of rules for VGC tournaments. The Moon Series doesn’t allow Mega Stones but permits using Z-Moves in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

  1. I have seen many pokemon players on YouTube and they get rare pokemons at post game which are higher level than level 50. Am I allowed to use higher level pokemon?
