Pokémon GO can now connect to Nintendo Switch, Poké Ball Plus, Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee

A brand-new update is now available to download for Pokémon GO across all capable devices. The latest patch for Niantic’s immensely-popular mobile game brings it to version 1.95.1 on iOS and 0.125.2 on Android. The update changes the in-game icon for the Pokémon GO Plus to display a more standard Poké Ball look to reflect its new functionality with the new Poké Ball Plus device. The update also implements functionality with Nintendo Switch, Poké Ball Plus, Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee. This enables players of the new Pokémon games can visit Fuchsia City to transfer Pokémon from Pokémon GO. They can also obtain the Mystery Box item, which grants them access to the Hex Nut Pokémon Meltan and Melmetal.
