Niantic has announced that the first-ever Pokémon GO Fest in Asia will be held from August 6 to August 12, 2019, in Yokohama, Japan. Featured Pokémon include Unown, Salamence, Poliwag, Chatot, Pikachu, Hoppip, Piplup, Swinub and more. If you can’t make it in person to any of our summer events, don’t worry! There will be plenty of ways to participate in Pokémon GO Fest no matter where you are around the world. Stay tuned for more information on this soon! Read on below for the official announcement:
横浜で開催される「Pokémon GO Fest 2019 Yokohama」に参加しよう！
トレーナーの皆さん、
アジアで初めての「Pokémon GO Fest」は、神奈川県横浜市で日本時間8月6日（火）から8月12日（月）に開催されます！
横浜市の3つの会場、「山下公園」「臨港パーク」「赤レンガパーク」では、ふだんはなかなか出会えない特別なポケモンたちが出現します。※特別なレイドバトルはありません。
参加は無料ですが、事前応募抽選制となります。日本時間6月19日（水）午前8時から6月28日（金）午前8時まで参加の応募を受け付けます！（当選は、先着ではなく抽選制となります）29日（土）以降抽選の上、順次当選をお知らせいたします。
ぜひゲーム内の「イベント参加」ボタンから、お友達やご家族とご一緒にご応募ください。なお、当選していないトレーナーの方は、会場にお越し頂いても特別なポケモンたちに出会うことはできません。
「Pokémon GO Fest 2019 Yokohama」は7日間開催しますが、なるべく多くの方にお楽しみいただけるよう、当選されたトレーナーの方はお一人様いずれか1日のみの参加となります。
