New system update version 10.0.2 now available for Nintendo Switch to fix issue with incorrect joystick control when setting up new Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

Nintendo has dispatched a brand-new system update for Nintendo Switch, which is now available for download worldwide. Switch controllers have also received a significant update; be sure to do those manually via System Settings when you get a chance. Nintendo constantly aims to improve the functionality of its systems and services in order to provide the easiest, most user-friendly experience possible. As a part of these efforts, we are making Nintendo Switch system updates available for download via the Internet.

Performing the System Update:

In most situations, the Nintendo Switch will automatically download the most recent system update while it is connected online. You can verify your current menu version and manually start the update from the System Settings menu if necessary.

Important:

If you are unable to perform the system update, restart your console and try again.
