During the official livestream for the event, East Sea Gastrodon based on the one used by the winner of the Pokémon Japan Championships 2019 is being distributed to Pokémon Sword and Shield players. The code to unlock Gastrodon is PJCS2019CHAMP, which must be redeemed by tomorrow, August 23, at 14:59 UTC. This Gastrodon is a level 50 Pokémon equipped with the Storm Drain Ability and the moves Earth Power, Protect, Surf and Ice Beam. Fans can now tune in to the livestream on Niconico and YouTube:
