The Global Challenge Winter Online Competition Is On

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Trainers can battle through February 28, 2021, at 3:59 P.M. PST to earn 50 Battle Points.

Battling has officially begun in Global Challenge Winter for Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. Participating Trainers have until February 28, 2021, at 3:59 p.m. PST to battle in this Online Competition. Trainers who participate in at least one Global Challenge Winter battle will earn a participation gift of 50 Battle Points.

Once the Online Competition has ended, you can view your rankings by following these steps:

  1. Launch your Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game.
  2. Open the X menu.
  3. Select VS.
  4. Select Battle Stadium.
  5. Select Online Competitions.
  6. Select Search Official Competitions.

To receive your participation gift after Global Challenge Winter is over, follow these steps:

  1. Launch your Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game.
  2. Open the X menu.
  3. Select Mystery Gift.
  4. Select Get a Mystery Gift.
  5. Select Get Battle Stadium Rewards.
