Blissey Tera Raid Battle event with increased Tera Shard rewards and more returns to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet from October 20 to October 22

Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are now available for Nintendo Switch. Read on below to learn more about one of the latest in-game events:

Get Happy with Blissey Again!

Back by Popular Demand: Lots of Tera Shards and Exp. Candies!
You’ll soon have another chance to challenge Blissey in Tera Raid Battles. These Blissey will have various Tera Types, so prepare wisely before challenging them!
Defeating Blissey will yield some delightful rewards, such as various Tera Shards and bonus Exp. Candies. Lucky Trainers might even encounter a Blissey that grants loads of additional Tera Shards with different Tera Types!

What Is a Tera Raid Battle?

In a Tera Raid Battle, you’ll work together with three other Trainers to defeat a powerful Tera Pokémon before time runs out. The kinds of Pokémon encountered during Tera Raid Battle events will vary. Pokémon encountered in Tera Raid Battles may have a rare Tera Type.

Information about Tera Raid Battle Events

• To participate in Tera Raid Battle events, please download the latest Poké Portal News by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News. You do not need a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership to receive the latest Poké Portal News.
• A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership (sold separately) is required to participate in Tera Raid Battles with other Trainers online. Terms apply. Learn more at https://www.nintendo.com/switch-online.
