Pokémon GO has revealed new details about the special Super Mega Raid that will take place during the final 30 minutes of the Pokémon GO Fest 2026: Chicago Park Experience. Unlike standard Raid Battles, Trainers will not be able to join from any nearby Gym. Instead, participants will be assigned designated areas and Gyms in advance to help manage crowds and create a smoother event experience. The massive raid will allow more than 1,000 Trainers to battle Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y together, making it one of the largest raid experiences ever featured in Pokémon GO. Additional participation details will be shared directly with ticket holders before the event, ensuring everyone knows where to go when the Super Mega Raid begins.
