Pokémon RUN 30 Event in Pokémon GO will run from October through January throughout Asia featuring special wild encounters, Pokémon attracted by Incense, event bonuses, Pokémon RUN Timed Research and more

Pokémon GO is taking its 30th anniversary celebration on the road with the Pokémon RUN 30 event series, which will travel across multiple locations in Asia from October through January. The event will feature special wild Pokémon encounters, Incense-exclusive Pokémon, event bonuses and exclusive Timed Research designed around the running-themed experience. Trainers can earn XP, Stardust, item rewards and encounters with Pikachu and a random first partner Pokémon by completing event research. Stops are scheduled in countries including the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong, with additional details for Malaysia still to be announced. For Pokémon GO players across Asia, Pokémon RUN 30 offers a unique way to combine fitness, exploration and Pokémon catching as part of the franchise’s 30th anniversary celebration.
