Pokémon Masters EX will celebrate its seventh anniversary with the Marvelous Mega 7 Years campaign beginning Aug. 27, 2026, introducing new events, rewards and two anniversary Sync Pairs: Serena (Anniversary 2026) & Greninja and Blue (Anniversary 2026) & Dragonite, both of whom Mega Evolve their Pokémon after using their Sync Moves. The celebration includes the Mega Evolution Party, which offers up to 30,000 event points plus Mega Evolution tickets, limited-time voucher exchanges, Mission Bingo with a ticket for one of 41 Master Fair-exclusive Sync Pairs, Pacify Rogue Mega Evolutions featuring Mega Venusaur, Mega Slowbro and Mega Tyranitar, and a 15-floor Anniversary Tower. Players can also earn 3,000 Gems through anniversary login bonuses, 50 7-Year Anniv. Scout Tickets and additional rewards, while Pasio Towers will expand to 40 floors Sept. 6 with new challenges, titles and Lucky Cookie rewards. Pokémon Masters EX is also preparing a major update for late January 2027 aimed at improving the experience for new players, adding a new regional story that lets players choose a familiar Pokémon region and recruit more than 25 existing Sync Pairs, alongside a new Trainer Dex featuring past stories and voice lines. The update will also discontinue co-op battles, consolidate certain item categories and overhaul the Pokémon Center and Explore screen layouts.
