Pokémon Masters EX is continuing preparations for iOS 27 compatibility, with DeNA currently conducting an operational check of the game ahead of the new operating system update. The developer expects the check to be completed soon and is asking players not to update their devices to iOS 27 until testing is finished. DeNA warned that it may be unable to provide support for app stability issues or related player inquiries from users who update their operating system before the compatibility check is complete. The notice was published Sept. 14, 2026, at 11 p.m. PT and applies to the iOS version of Pokémon Masters EX.
