Pokémon UNITE adds post-shutdown library ahead of March 2027 closure

Pokémon UNITE will add a library feature and special event on Nov. 12, giving players new ways to use their coins and revisit their collections before the game shuts down on March 23, 2027. The update will introduce a Unite Coin Exchange, where players can trade event coins for previously released items, including Unite licenses, Holowear and Trainer fashion. Coins will be available through login bonuses and missions, including tasks for winning ranked and other battles. The library will preserve owned items and achievements, let players visit the Practice Area and provide options to customize the main menu and Unite snapshots. Players must complete the library’s initial data download before service ends to access it afterward; library data generally cannot be transferred between devices, and lost data may not be recoverable.
