Maybe it has something to do with how droopy her hair looks.
Jessie seems very miserable right now

This is what it feels like to be caught in a web of lies
Jessie, James and Meowth know that feeling oh so well.
Meowth isn’t afraid of using Fury Swipes on his own teammates, including Jessie
That looks pretty painful. Interesting factoid: This is actually one of the first times blood was shown in the anime.
Team Rocket’s Pokemon team is pretty pathetic to say the least
Three Poison-types and a Pokemon that is "never first to attack" - they can't expect to ever defeat Ash and his Pikachu with a party like that.
Team Rocket is also the name of Jessie, James and Meowth’s imaginary football squad
All three look like they're about to get tackled by a very large Tauros or something.
It looks like Jessie was a pretty good student when she was young
Either that or she was in detention for something she did.
Jessie, James and Meowth bow before Ash and his Pikachu
Something tells me Team Rocket has an ulterior motive.
Jessie and James are really good at clowning around
Just look at them; Jessie is even sporting a red nose.
