For this edition of FanArt Friday, Pokémon Blog is fortunate to display the art of the phenomenal Nane, also known by her pseudonym Frequenseas. Our talented artist participated in Vocaloid Trainer and Pokédex Ilustrada, the two projects helmed by Ilustradoras Unidas.
“Art started as a hobby that soon became something I love,” Nane explained. “It’s something I live with every day. It’s not only something that makes me happy but it also helps me to disconnect when I need it. I make art because I am passionate about it, and it is my ultimate form of expression.”
The Pokémon Games and Anime have influenced Nane’s taste since she was a child. She loves the franchise deeply.
“One of the things I enjoy most about the games is building my own team and playing without worries.”
She’s glad to have the opportunity to create art about Pokémon, especially about her own team or just her favorite Pokémon.
Glaceon is her favorite Pokémon: “This eeveelution has one of the most beautiful designs ever. And, even if it lacks relevance sometimes, it’s a Pokémon that is never missing on my team.”
