There seems to be some confusion in regards to how participants of the Pokemon Johto Classic Online Competition can get Whitney’s Miltank. Fortunately, it’s pretty straightforward. If you took part in the event last month and successfully completed at least three matches, a code to get Miltank should have been included in a message sent to you via the Pokemon Global Link (PGL). The featured Miltank is a level-20 Pokemon and is equipped with the Scrappy ability and comes with four moves – Stomp, Milk Drink, Attract and Rollout.
