Hot on the heels of the 2016 Pokemon International Challenge June, preparations are already underway for the Sinnoh Classic Online Competition. The upcoming event will enable fans to return to the era of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl via battles consisting of any of the Pokemon you could have originally acquired through the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh regions. All matches will be played in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and participants will be allowed to bring in Pokemon from earlier games via Poké Transporter. Registration for the Sinnoh Classic begins on July 14, while the actual battle period is set to kick off on July 22.
