Pokemon GO does not access your entire Google account

If you’re worried that Pokemon GO has access to your entire Google account, you can rest assured that this is not the case. Contrary to what some users initially believed, the mobile game only accesses basic Google profile information – such as your user ID and email address. This has been made clear via the game’s first update yesterday, which clarified that Pokemon GO only asks to know who you are on Google and to view your email address.
