Pokemon GO Plus may not be compatible with Android devices at launch

Pokemon GO Plus is still on track to launch later this month, but it may not be compatible with Android devices from the get-go. This is based on a statement from Nintendo, which has confirmed that the accessory’s compatibility with phones using the Android operating system is still under development. Confirmed devices that will be good to go from launch include the iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, SE, 6, 6s, 6 Plus and 6s Plus that are running on operating systems iOS 8 to 9. Pokemon GO Plus can only be used with the Pokemon GO app, which is available now on iOS and Android.
