GameStop is planning to host special events to celebrate the 2016 Pokemon World Championships. On the weekend of August 19, you can visit select GameStop stores to compete against others in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. In addition, the first 50 people at each event on August 20 between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. will receive a set of Pokemon Sun and Moon art cards. The 2016 Pokemon World Championships officially kickoff on August 19 at 9 a.m. PT.
