Buy Pokemon Sun and Moon early to receive a special Munchlax

Here’s another incentive for those who purchase Pokemon Sun or Moon early after launch. As explained in the latest Nintendo Direct presentation, if you buy either game by January 11, 2017, you’ll be eligible to receive a Munchlax that can evolve into Pulverizing Snorlax. This Munchlax is holding a special item called Snorlium Z, enabling it to use a powerful Z-Move known as Pulverizing Pancake, which no other Pokemon can use. The Munchlax being offered knows the move Hold Back, which it normally couldn’t learn and leaves its opponent with just 1 HP. It is also equipped with the move Happy Hour, which allows its Trainer to receive twice as much prize money after the battle. Read on below for more info about Munchlax and Snorlax:

Sleepy Snorlax

Snorlax is a Pokémon that has blocked the path of many a Trainer. It’s not satisfied unless it eats in excess of 880 pounds of food every day. When it’s done eating, it promptly goes to sleep. Snorlax’s typical day consists of nothing more than eating and sleeping. It gets fatter and fatter, and it moves less and less.

Anytime it’s not eating, it’s sleeping. Snorlax is such a calm Pokémon that it’s usually not even bothered by children using its belly as a playground. Its stomach is extremely strong, and its digestive juices can dissolve any kind of poison, so eating rotten food doesn’t affect it.
