A number of Pokemon fans don’t seem to be very fond of Brionne. Some are criticizing its design for resembling a look that is “too feminine.” For example, popular YouTuber TheKingNappy said “I don’t know how I feel about the design, I just, I can’t get over—why would you make a starter so affectionately feminine?” in a reaction video. Brionne also recently came in last in an official poll that asked participants to select which Pokemon they think has the most potential for Pokemon Sun and Moon.
