The one and only Pikachu has been chosen to help judge this year’s Doodle 4 Google contest, which invites students in grades K–12 in the U.S. to design their own version of the Google logo. This year’s theme is “What I See for the Future…” In addition to Pikachu and the creative staff at The Pokémon Company International, other judges include US Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, Oscar-winning animator Brenda Chapman and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. The winner will have the chance to have their design featured on the Google home page. Other prizes include college scholarships and technology awards for the winner’s school. The contest opened in mid-September, and submissions will be accepted through December 2.
