New Pokémon GO update now live, reduces load time and resolves Android connectivity issues

The latest update for Pokémon GO has begun rolling out to players, bringing the game to version 1.25.0 on iOS and 0.55.0 on Android.  Among the notable additions include resolving the Android connectivity issues for Pokémon GO Plus and reducing the starting load time on Android devices. Some release notes and comments from developer Niantic are as follows:

• Reduced the starting load time on Android devices.
• Resolved Android connectivity issues for the Pokémon GO Plus accessory.
• Integrated iOS wheelchair support for use with Apple Watch.
• Minor text fixes.
