The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Pokkén Tournament will be a part of the 2017 Pokémon World Championships. This officially marks the Wii U fighting game’s second inclusion to the Pokémon World Championships, the first being in 2016. Pokkén Tournament battles will once again be taking place alongside VGC and TCG matches during this year’s event, which is scheduled to be held in Anaheim, California.
