Togetic appears to be really hard to catch in Pokémon GO

Following the latest Johto-themed update for Pokémon GO, players have been noticing how hard it can be to catch a Togetic in the wild. Take the video below, for example, where multiple Ultra Balls were used but were ultimately wasted by failing to trap the Pokémon. A number of players have complained online in regard to Togetic’s low catch rate and are urging developer Niantic to make it easier to catch.
