Game Freak recently put up a job listing for a motion designer. The ideal candidate requires experience in creating human characters at “Wii U/Vita level intricacy.” Whether this post is related to a Pokémon project remains to be seen, but it might be worth noting that the developer doesn’t exclusively work on Pokémon games.
