Pokémon GO Easter-themed event features on the App Store

Pokémon GO‘s first-ever Easter-themed Eggstravaganza, which officially kicks off last week, is among the few apps that are currently being featured on the App Store’s main page. The in-game event recently helped Pokémon GO once again become the top grossing app on iOS. As part of the Eggstravaganza, a greater variety of Pokémon can now be found in 2 km Egg. Players will also be rewarded with more Candy when any of their Eggs hatches and Lucky Eggs are 50 percent off in the in-game shop. In addition, you’ll earn double XP for all activities during the Eggstravaganza, which is scheduled to wrap up on Thursday, April 20, at 1 p.m. PT.
