Pokémon GO special Lure Module event now underway at McDonald’s in Japan

A special event for Pokémon GO in Japan has been announced. During the Golden Week, between April 29 to May 7, the 2,500 McDonald’s restaurants that are PokéStops will have a Lure Module Collaboration Event running, making it easier to encounter Pokémon at those particular locations. The lure modules will only be active from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. everyday, in an effort to avoid players staying up late at night in front of McDonald’s restaurants, which are not open 24/7.
