Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has become the first Nintendo boxed game to attain the No.1 spot in the UK since 2011, when the format holder topped the charts with Pokémon White on Nintendo DS – which launched more than five years ago! Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is also the first Mario game to reach the top of the charts since Mario Kart Wii in 2008. Available now on Nintendo Switch, the game is an enhanced version of the original Mario Kart 8 for Wii U.
