The original Pokémon games have entered The World Video Game Hall of Fame

Did you know that The World Video Game Hall of Fame has selected the original Pokémon games for induction?

Pokémon has just received a huge honor as the original Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green games have been selected to enter the World Video Game Hall of Fame as one of the 2017 inductees. These games are being recognized for their popularity over a sustained period and their impact on popular culture. Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green will join the Hall of Fame alongside legendary video games such as Tetris, Pac-Man, and Super Mario Bros.

The Strong interactive play museum in Rochester, New York, now has the permanent World Video Game Hall of Fame exhibit. If you have a chance to visit Rochester, NY it will be fun to visit the museum!
