Seedot, #273 – Acorn Pokémon

Seedot attaches itself to a tree branch using the top of its head. It sucks moisture from the tree while hanging off the branch. The more water it drinks, the glossier this Pokémon’s body becomes. Seedot looks exactly like an acorn when it is dangling from a tree branch. It startles other Pokémon by suddenly moving. This Pokémon polishes its body once a day using leaves.

Ability: Chlorophyll, which boosts the Pokemon’s Speed stat in sunshine. Early Bird, where the Pokemon awakens quickly from sleep.

Hidden Ability: Pickpocket, where the Pokemon steals an item from an attacker that made direct contact.

Weaknesses: Flying, Ice, Poison, Fire and Bug

Resistances: Water, Grass, Electric and Ground

Immunity: None

Evolutions: Seedot evolves into Nuzleaf starting at level 14, which evolves into Shiftry when exposed to a Leaf Stone.
