The eighth global mission at the Pokémon Global Link (PGL) has officially concluded in Pokémon Sun and Moon. In the “Defend Your Champion Title!” global mission, participants had a goal to collectively earn the title of League Champion 100,000 times between June 27 at 00:00 UTC and July 10 at 23:59 UTC. Everyone who became Champion for this global mission at least once can now earn Festival Coins, and PGL members are eligible to earn even more rewards. In total, players have managed to collectively earn the title of League Champion 235,111 times – which means the bonus goal has also been achieved.
PGL Global Mission Prize Summary
Goal Reached (100,000 League Champion titles):
• PGL members earn 4,000 FC
• Non-PGL members earn 2,000 FC
Bonus Goal Reached (200,000 League Champion titles):
• PGL members earn a Moon Ball
Goal Not Reached (<100,000 League Champion titles):
• PGL members earn 400 FC
• Non-PGL members earn 200 FC
Individual Contributor (1 League Champion title, whether or not the collective goal is met):
• PGL members earn 5 Rare Candies
