The first-ever Pokémon GO Fest recently concluded in Chicago, Illinois, following a series of unexpected issues. Toward the end of the event, the first Pokémon GO Legendary was revealed to be Lugia, which was given to all registered attendees. Players who couldn’t make it to the worldwide event can also spot Lugia in Raid Battles within the next 48 hours, according to Niantic. Articuno can also be found in Raid Battles across the globe.
