Shiny Pikachu have begun appearing in Pokémon GO at the Pikachu Outbreak 2017 event today, August 9, in Japan. There are currently no sightings of Shiny Raichu, but Shiny Pikachu is capable of evolving into Shiny Raichu. Niantic has yet to announce when Shiny Pikachu will be released outside of Japan, but stay tuned for any updates.
