Shiny Pikachu has officially been spotted outside Japan in Pokémon GO, specifically by a player in Saskatoon, Canada. Shiny Pikachu made their Pokémon GO debut earlier this week at the Pikachu Outbreak 2017 event. Shiny Pikachu is capable of evolving into Shiny Raichu. Niantic has yet to comment on Shiny Pikachu’s availability outside of Japan, but stay tuned for any updates.
